My motivation, challenges, and expectations in learning English languange

My motivation in learning English, so that I can be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. And I can implement my eloquence wherever I am.
My challenges in learning English, sometimes I am still confused in the use of tenses, and use it appropriately.
My expectations in learning English, future plans and my desire is to work at the Embassy. Especially the British Embassy. Because I really wish to work in the UK, so I can further deepen the English language version of the British people. And bring my parents and my younger sister to live there.
